  
 This book right here is a remarkable piece of journalism and art. It features drawings and watercolors (that feel like epic novels somehow) that tell the story of the San Francisco Public Library and some of the many people who frequent it. The book is by legendary San Francisco artist (and our lovely friend) the insanely smart and talented Wendy MacNaughton.
