We loooooove a good photo book, and this one's a winner. The pictures are fantastic and the premise is priceless. The shots collected here were taken by Ed during the 2 year period in which he lived in Los Angeles without a car (!) Which explains why the photos look so odd, and wonderful, and thoughtful. These images are of a lesser known and very mysterious place, Los Angeles as seen by foot, by someone walking around or taking public transportation- practically uncharted territory as far as we know. This hardcover book contains 96 full color pages, and measures 10"x 8". Limited edition of 1000. |
